SCHOOL RULES

As Kenana team, we all share the responsibility for our children's success and we will do our best. Kindly note that there are certain rules that should be followed to reach our potential goals for the sake of our students.

1 - Students are to attend school day on time.

 • The first Session starts at 08:00 a.m. and the school day ends at 02:25 p.m.

 • Morning line starts at 07:45 a.m.

If your child is late in the morning, he will receive two warnings & on the third he/she will not attend the day.

 • Students are not allowed to enter the school gate after 08:00 a.m.

 • The school is responsible for your child only 20 min. after the school hours.

(Please make sure to pick up your child on time).

2- Students should wear their school uniform & wear the P.E uniform according to the schedule only.

3- Electronic devices (mobiles) are not allowed to be brought to school. In case the school found any mobile with the student, it will be handed to the parent.

4-Students are expected to use appropriate language. Any form of physical, verbal or emotional abuse won't be accepted or allowed.

5- If your child misbehaved in the bus or didn't abide to the bus regulations, he/she wouldn't be allowed to ride the bus (after two notifications your child will be dismissed from the bus).

6- Boys with long hair will not be allowed to enter the school until their hair is cut appropriately.

7- Parents should not communicate with teachers during dismissal time.

8- Permissions are not allowed during the school day except for urgent cases or medical problems attached to reports signed by the school's doctor.



Payment Policy

Dear Parents I Guardians

To facilitate the smoothness of the educational process, the school requires that you abide by the following procedures for the payment process for the year 2025 / 2026

1. 30% of the total fees is paid for seat reservation within one week of passing the application test. The aforementioned 30% is part of the first installment.
2. The remaining amount of the first installment of 40% value is due in August.
3. The second installment of 30% value is due in November.
4. In case of paying the school fees wholesomely in one bulk, the student will receive a discount (From March to June).
5. The bus seat reservation has to be updated annually and fees are determined according to area, to reserve a bus seat, 30% of the total fees has to be paid.
6. Bus seat reservation cannot be added after 1-7-2025
